openSUSE build service... AWESOME!
I have started to understand how I can make my own packages for openSUSE (which, incidentally is excellent!).
I have now my own little space at the service here
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/kzarog/
and the first package to compile:
KBib, an excellent bibliography manager for KDE. I have made packages for i586 and x86_64 for openSUSE 10.1 / 10.2.
Enjoy!

do some work :P
Hi,
would it be much more work to compile future versions with yaz and yaz++? Without it KBib doesn't support Z39.50-Databases which is one of the main features of KBib.
libyaz-devel is already part of openSUSE 10.3. libyaz++-dev is not yet available for openSUSE. But is is very easy to compile.
Hi there, I just saw your comment. I am still familiarising myself with the Build Service so I have no idea on how to enter dependencies that do not exist in the openSUSE repos. I'm currently looking at this and soon I will implement it. Check back for newer versions.
